Your purchase is as important to us as it is to you. We want you to rest assured that you will get what you want for your little one without any hassles at all. Please contact us if there are any questions or concerns and we will help you get the correct products that you are after.
Shipping Policy
We expect that any order placed through the site will be packaged and in the mail within 3 - 5 business days. The length of time it takes to get from us to you is obviously out of our control, but we expect that you will receive your goods with 7 - 10 business days for anywhere in Eastern Europe. Other destinations will need to contact us in regards to shipping times.
Returns Policy
Baby Safety Shop's return policy is 100% guaranteed money back if you are unhappy with any of the products, as long as the packet remains unopened. If there is a fault with the product we will also accept the return as long as it is accompanied with a description of the fault and a copy of your proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for the shipping back to us in the event of faulty products or any other returns. If a new product is to be shipped out we will cover that extra expense.
